  2. Wow you are doing good with your Roald Dahl reads. I wasn't aware he had written as much as he did, I remember a few fondly from my youth but I haven't read nearly enough of his stuff. I should do that.

    1. Oh, he has quite the collection! You should check out some of his adult fiction; I hadn't read any of that previously and am over half way through the first collection of short stories - I love them!!

  3. Much as I loved Matilda and Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, I have always preferred Dahl's adult writing over his books for children.

    1. Going into September, I wasn't sure how many of the titles I would get to read, and whilst I know I won't complete them all, I'm quite surprised by how many I have read.

  7. I just read Mara Wilson's non-fiction about her life and she talks about making Matilda and having Dahl's daughter on the set. :)
